Is this the 3rd Halloween in a row where it has been incredibly rainy, wet and blah for the kiddies?

I'm still ALL FOR welcoming an Adult Trick or Treat holiday in October! Candy, candles, clothing, office supplies... you name it! Adulting in my opinion, requires some fun to still be part of one's life.
