Transcendental Meditation

As we begin a new month, we look to honor the legacy of one of our favorite directors who recently passed away, David Lynch. To start us off we dive into the technique he used to think of most of his ideas in films transcendental meditation, otherwise known as TM. A meditation technique that helped him and many others transcend past reality into abstract.
