Tom Kerridge is one of the UK’s most influential and successful chefs of the last 20 years. Two Michelin stars, five restaurants, numerous awards, and the first pub ever to receive two Michelin stars. In my view, his CV is almost unmatched and, dare I say, even groundbreaking. This success wasn’t all plain sailing, as Tom describes. His achievements have resulted from incredible hard work, relentless focus, huge sacrifices, and struggles.
