Uncovering Kaliningrad's Hidden Antenna Array

J, Daniele, and others discovered a military-grade antenna array designed for radio intelligence or communication, also known as a Circularly Disposed Antenna Array (CDAA) in Kaliningrad, which could be used for all types of electronic snooping.
