I've been on a personal growth journey and along the way i find myself questioning myself a lot. I wondered if it was just me that would do this. After doing some research I learned that it was a healthy approach to self reflection and introspection.

The idea of keeping this episode to myself has been tormenting me a bit. I don't usually hesitate to share, but this is one of those episodes that I am most vulnerable and open to everything that has gone on.
