Three Year Silent Retreat with Earle Birney - Chakra Chat

Yoga practitioner does not really do justice to the work and experience that Earle Birney has to offer! As a young man Earle was a seeker and went travelling - always in the present moment - but in order to finance his travels and find his freedom he took an "alternative" path and ended up, ironically, in prison. Here he found the teachings that would define the rest of his life in Buddhism, yoga and meditation. This extensive practice culminated in a 3 year 3month and 3 day silent retreat. In this episode we discover the lessons and practices learnt from this extreme and extraordinary experience.
