I love Thomas, his way of explaining things are so simple and easy to understand. I lost 30 pounds with all of y’all’s advice and help! Thank you for putting the resources out there, thank you for being open about mental health and weight. I feel like the struggle is part of the process and I am actually making peace with that after listening to this episode, I judge myself so hard and I feel like I missed the big picture and Everything that I have accomplished in the past year and a half because of that.
