This Day in Horror History - March 30 - Beetlejuice

On March 30th, 1988 Warner Bros. Pictures released Tim Burton's BEETLEJUICE - starring Michael Keaton.

Barbara and Adam Maitland die in a car accident when they veer off a bridge into the river below.

Finding themselves back in their beloved home, they realize that their spirits - are trapped. The obnoxious Deetz family buys the house and immediately begins to remodel it.

Failing to drive away the Deetz' with their own skills, the Maitlands hire a bio-exorcist named Beetlejuice - unleashing far greater terrors than they ever could have imagined.
