  • Four Reminders That Have Kept Me Thinking Lately [SOLO]
    May 21 2024

    Send us a Text Message.

Today, we are thinking about life and all the ups and downs. In this solo episode, I take a moment to check in and reflect on some significant events from the past year and most recently that have got me thinking on a deep level.

I begin this heartfelt episode thinking about the emotional and mental burdens we often carry daily, invisibly I might add, that are hard to put down. I share how to navigate these feelings and provide analogies to be ok. I also reflect on the paradox of experiencing both challenging and wonderful moments simultaneously, a common remarkable aspect of life.

Throughout this episode, I encourage you to trust yourself, you know best. And, always remember it is “just pretty flowers on the table” (tune in to know what I am talking about).

The overarching message of this episode is to trust the process and remember life unfolds in its own time.
