Said to be 4 stationaryOrbs2) Paul suggests things to check Boat Lights from near-by River as too farfrom sea, High Mast Lights, Train laser weather service,spot lights from event, car spots from A5 road, peoples torches, planes etc3) Paul applies color filters to see if any hidden detailschanging whites shades4) 2 Beams noticed heading to the groundSuspect maybe 2 teens shinning torches / lasersup off the clouds which cause reflected beamsand refractions of ice particles in dense clouds5) Later Rob found out 2 possible prowlers / campersnear a field might be responsible.. Illegal shootersso made it too hard to verify. Case was closed Unknown (not enough Info)shame didnt film it so could see how they go outas could see maybe light coming from groundor sky better.
