Lauren Taylor Agee, a vibrant 21-year-old college student with a passion for sports and dancing, attended the annual Wakefest in Smithville, Tennessee with her friends Hannah, Aaron, and Chris. Lauren's mother, Sherry, had concerns about her daughter's choice of friends and the alcohol-soaked event. Still, Lauren assured her that she and her friends had rented a cabin for the weekend.
