I have been talking about this for quite awhile and I was finally fortunate enough to get to sit down with Mark Stover and share his knowledge and wisdom with almost 50 years of working experience. Mark bleeds loyalty as he spent 45 years at Kroger in various roles. From a very early age Mark was focused on long-term goals and providing for his family in the years to come. At the center of his career, was his family. The end of the conversation takes an unexpected turn and is encouraging to hear what Mark would say to his 18 year old self. New episode with my teammate, Grace Wagner! Her career started as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. After working 4 part time jobs and gaining experience in the industry, she realized this was not the route she wanted to go. Grace made a difficult decision but decided to pivot. Looking for someone to give her a chance, she entered the insurance industry and has flourished. Today, she is a health insurance agent at Hitchings Insurance and is rocking it!!
