Episode 6: 3rd Law of the Field – The Law of Repetition

In this episode, we discuss the power of repetition. Repetition forms habits…and habits are like your own personal programs. When you’re not using your conscious mind, the subconscious mind runs on the programs you have created. If you don’t like the programs you are running, change how you feel…and you change your life.

Sometimes it’s hard to accept this, but we are always responsible for how we feel. And since ‘To Be in Sync with your Soul’, is to be aware of your breath and to feel love, then regardless of what is going on in the physical world, you can feel love in any moment. So, from the perspective of our life being a program, or a simulation, how we feel…could be the code for how we experience life.

Seeds are filled with potentiality…and so are you. Since we reap what we sow, it is imperative to know what seeds we are planting in any moment. We must plant the seeds of our desires and expect that they will realize their potential. “Belief” is the fertile ground in the Field of Intention from which your desires will grow. But if you sprinkle doubt on the seeds of your desires…they cannot grow. To move beyond doubt, you water the seeds by feeling as if they have already produced exactly what you desire. If your desire is to be well, then the feeling of joy and appreciation that your wellness is coming is the nourishment for your seeds. Then it must grow.

We all know that whenever you look in the mirror, it always reflects back exactly what you are like on the outside. But what if you could see exactly what you are like on the inside? Would you like what you see?

And when you look in the mirror, if you are not focused on your eyes, then you’re not seeing the real you. Our Soul is always staring back at us but we rarely see it. If you don’t connect with your Soul when you look in the mirror…you will never be in sync with it when you look away. But if you focus on your eyes in the mirror, and see your Soul smiling back at you, you will begin to see your life from your Soul’s perspective, and this is seeing the world through the Lens of Love.
