  • The Coroner: What you need to know

    During this episode we are joined by Mr Derek Winter DL, Deputy Chief Coroner for England and Wales and His Majesty’s Senior Coroner for the City of Sunderland and by his First Officer Mrs Vicky Ross. We aim to explore the role of the Coroner and Coroner’s Officer, the types of cases typically referred to the Coroner, what professionals can expect if they are asked to provide information to assist a Coroner’s Investigation, and how to prepare if you are called to give evidence at an Inquest.
