  • Summary

  • Welcome to The Rehab Room w/Therese Johnson- a lifestyle podcast where we talk about real life, from the middle of the journey. Everybody is experiencing different seasons of life. In this room, I share my intimate thoughts and perspectives on how I am navigating my life journey. Why? Because it’s not always easy. I’m healing. I’m growing. I’m learning every day how to manage the middle. This is why I created this space. For women like me who just need to connect and relate to one another while we work through the middle pieces of life. Thank you for coming into The Rehab Room with me!
