  • Tracing Covenants Through Scripture - The Abrahamic Covenant: Promise, Seed & Inheritance | Episode 8
    Apr 2 2026

In this episode, we step into one of the most foundational covenants in all of Scripture — the covenant made with Abraham.

Rather than asking, “Which covenant are we under?”, we explore the better question: Where do we stand in the unfolding covenant story? From Genesis 12, 15, and 17, we trace the promise of land, seed, and blessing — and uncover how this oath-based covenant finds its fulfillment in Messiah.

    We examine:

    • The unconditional promise of Genesis 12
    • The unilateral covenant of Genesis 15
    • The prophetic imagery of the smoking furnace and burning lamp
    • The Melchizedek priesthood connection
    • Paul’s argument in Galatians and Romans that connect us back to Abraham
    • The difference between promise and law
    • The 400 vs. 430-year prophecy
    • How Messiah is the promised Seed through whom the nations are blessed

This episode reveals that the gospel is not a new invention — it is the fulfillment of Yahuah’s original promise to Abraham. Messiah does not cancel the covenant; He embodies and secures it.

The Abrahamic covenant is about Promise → Identity → Inheritance.
And what began with a promise under the stars is still unfolding today.

Next, we move into the Mosaic Covenant — how it fits into the same covenant story and why understanding both is essential to seeing the full picture of redemption.

  • Tracing Covenants Through Scripture: The Davidic Covenant and Eternal Kingship Promised | Episode 7
    Mar 26 2026

In this episode, we explore the Davidic Covenant — the unconditional promise Yahuah made to King David that his throne would be established forever. By focusing on passages in Psalm 89, Psalm 132, and 2 Samuel 7, we see the promise of an eternal kingdom flowing through David’s lineage.

This covenant doesn’t stand alone. It builds on the story we’ve been tracing from Eden and Noah, revealing one continuous plan of redemption. Ultimately, it points to Yahusha, the Son of David — not only as Savior, but as eternal King and High Priest whose reign restores what was lost.

From dominion in Eden to the promise of an unshakable throne, Scripture tells one unified story. And the King at the center of it fulfills every promise. HalleluYAH!

  • Tracing Covenants Through Scripture: From Eden to the Flood | Episode 6
    Mar 19 2026

In this episode, we begin tracing covenant through Scripture starting in the Garden of Eden and moving to the time of Noah. We explore how covenant is not an “Old vs. New” system, but one continuous, unfolding story of restoration.

From Eden, we see the original covenant pattern: relationship, instruction, obedience, dominion, and consequence. Adam’s failure brought exile and death—but Messiah, the “last Adam,” came to restore what was lost through perfect obedience. What began in a garden ends in a restored creation, with access to the tree of life restored to those who walk in covenant faithfulness.

We also examine the covenant with Noah—an unconditional promise marked by the rainbow—revealing Yah’s mercy and faithfulness to all people (and animals!). Together, these covenants show that Scripture tells one unified redemption story, pointing forward to Messiah and the restoration of all things.

    And we’re just getting started.

  • Cut in Blood - Covenant Comes at a Cost | Episode 5
    Mar 12 2026

What does it really mean hen Scripture says that a covenant was “cut?"

In this episode, we will explore the ancient Hebrew understanding of covenant as a blood-ratified oath. A covenant is not a casual promise, but a life-binding agreement. From Jeremiah 34 to Hebrews 10, we will unpack why blood was central to covenant-cutting, what the Hebrew word b’riyt reveals, and how this transforms the way we understand the New Covenant in Messiah.

Yahusha did not abolish covenant — He restored a broken one through His own blood. The Torah was never the problem; the heart was.

If we misunderstand covenant, we misunderstand obedience, identity, and what Messiah truly accomplished. There is nothing more foundational to Scripture than understanding what "covenant" truly means.

In the next episode, we trace covenant back to the beginning — to Eden.

  • More Than Salvation - Understanding 'Covenant' | Episode 4
    Mar 5 2026

What if salvation was never meant to be the finish line?

In this episode, we begin a deep dive into one of the most foundational (and most misunderstood) themes in all of Scripture: covenant.

From Genesis to Revelation, the Bible is not simply the story of individuals being "saved." It is the story of a covenant-keeping Elohim (God) forming a covenant people. Salvation is the invitation — covenant is the life that follows.

In this episode, we lay the groundwork for a 9-part series exploring:
    • What covenant actually means in Scripture and the different covenants in Scripture
    • How the Abrahamic and Mosaic covenants are connected yet distinct
    • What makes the “New Covenant” both new and renewed
    • Why priesthood, mediation, and inheritance matter
    • How misunderstanding covenant leads to misunderstanding Paul

If we don’t understand covenant, we won’t fully understand grace, obedience, priesthood, or what our Messiah accomplished.

Salvation opens the door. Covenant teaches you how to live in the house.

This is a deep Bible study series, and we’re building foundations — not just preaching conclusions.

I encourage you to watch these episodes in order. Take your time. Let Scripture interpret Scripture.

    Yah bless!

  • Walking in Torah - You're Already Doing It! | Episode 3
    Feb 27 2026

What does it truly mean to “walk in torah?"

For many believers, the word carries stigma—law, legalism, or something meant only for Jewish people—but Scripture tells a different story. "Torah" is the Father's loving instructions, and most believers are already walking in it without realizing it. In this episode, we explore how love (not legalism) is the foundation of obedience, how Torah defines what love looks like in action, and why faith doesn’t abolish obedience—it establishes it.

We also tackle the deeper questions: Why do people say, "we're not under the law," yet they still walk in it in some aspects of their life? If Messiah fulfilled the Torah, why don’t we practice everything the same way today? We break down commonly misunderstood law categories, explain the shift from the Levitical priesthood to the Melchizedek order (as a brief introduction), and show how fulfillment does not mean abolition. Through the prophets, Book of Hebrews, and Messiah’s own words, let's talk about how the Father's Torah remains holy, spiritual, and alive, and it is now written on the hearts of those led by the Spirit, guiding us in faith, love, and sanctification.

  • Hebrew Names, Pronunciations, and the “Cult” Accusation | Episode 2
    Feb 12 2026

In this episode, we will discuss the meaning, history, and controversy surrounding the use of Hebrew names for the Father and Son, including the heart behind why I choose to use the names “Yahuah” for the Father and “Yahusha” for the Son. We will explore how ancient Hebrew was written without vowels, how historical events like the Babylonian exile and later scribal traditions influenced pronunciation and translation, and how titles like “Lord” and “God” came to replace the personal Name in many Bible translations, which has deeply influenced our understanding today.

We will also examine historical evidence from the Dead Sea Scrolls and early Greek manuscript fragments, which show that the Father’s Name was preserved long after the biblical period. We will discuss the difference between misusing the Name versus using it, the cultural and prophetic significance of names in Hebrew thought, and why heart posture matters more than perfect pronunciation.

Lastly, we will address the common “cult” accusations associated with using Hebrew names, clarifying what actually defines a cult and encouraging listeners to approach the topic with humility and love. The episode truly emphasizes the “weightier matter”: honoring the Father not just with our words, but how we live.

  • A Royal Priesthood: From Shadows to Reality (An Introduction to the Framework) | Episode 1
    Jan 31 2026

Welcome to the first episode of Season 5 on The Promise Perspective Podcast!

This episode marks a shift in how we approach the gospel—and how we read the Scriptures as a whole.

Rather than beginning with conclusions, this conversation/episode/podcast season invites you to slow down and reconsider the foundations: how the Hebrew Scriptures, the words of the prophets, and the testimony of Messiah all belong to one unified story moving toward fulfillment.

In this episode, we will discuss:

    • What Scripture actually means when it says “according to the Scriptures”
    • Why Messiah said Moses wrote about Him
    • How the priesthood, sacrifices, and Torah functioned as shadows
    • What it truly means for Messiah to fulfill rather than abolish
    • And why misunderstanding the word “fulfillment” has created confusion on both extremes

This season is not about reviving old systems OR dismissing them—it’s about clarity. It’s about learning how to honor what was given without returning to what has already reached its intended purpose.

If you’ve ever felt tension between obedience and grace…If you’ve wondered why some commandments are no longer practiced physically…If you’ve sensed that the gospel is richer and more layered than what you’ve heard or been taught…

Episode 1 is your invitation to join me in a brand new season, in which we will spend time reasoning through the Scriptures the way the apostles did—allowing Messiah to be revealed, not assumed.

The shadows were real. The substance is greater. And we are being called to live in that reality.

    HalleluYAH!!
