    “I don’t have time.”

    We’ve all said it—but what if that’s not actually true?

    In this episode, I break down a simple but powerful mindset shift:
    👉 It’s not that you don’t have time… it’s that it’s not a priority right now.

    Using my own example with sauna use, I walk through the real-life tradeoffs that come with adding something to your routine—time, sleep, schedule, and lifestyle. The truth is, most things are possible… but not everything is worth the sacrifice at this moment.

    We talk about:

    • Why reframing your language creates better self-awareness
    • How to evaluate your time vs. your priorities honestly
    • The real tradeoffs behind adding more to your routine
    • Why your priorities can (and should) change based on the season of life
