S5 - E7: Mentality, Miles & Marathons with Matt Sutcliffe (@matt.is.running) - We once again go international in this weeks episode, to welcome a man who has been such a motivational, inspirational and all round positive influence to my and many others running stories on Instagram over the years. Having gone dark for a year or two however, being hugely missed, he is back and ready to smash some mega milestones on his bucket list, including the golden goose...a marathon! So join me in welcoming one of my lonest running followers to the show, as we spotlight the man who radiates positivity and brings a contagious smile to the table, all the way from Poland...Matt Sutcliffe, otherwise known as matt.is.running!

S5 - E6: The Running Fran is a Highland Ultra Fan (@therunningfran_) - In a change to the normal direction we head for our guests, being south, we’re staying firmly in the Highlands this week…which was the main reason we broke new ground for the show and committed to an in person interview, hitting up a local Starbucks and adding a bit of atmosphere to the background!

Although it’s familiar territory for myself, this week's guest is someone I hadn’t had the pleasure of meeting in person, until now, and what a delight she was. Topic wise it was sadly a return to the dreaded ultra marathon distance but I didn’t mind hearing all about it, especially seeing the smile talking about it brought to this lovely ladies face.

We talk about ultras, marathons and bringing the community together with a fabulous running group!!
