I feel so bad for them

As someone who also suffered abuse and sexual abuse, I really feel their pain. I'm not saying it excuses murder, but I understand the years of built up pain and rage. I found more healthy outlets and got mental help, but they didn't really have any help, just more and more people hurting them.
