Let’s begin with some astonishing statistics. A 2018 poll from the University of Michigan and AARP revealed that around 40% of adults aged 65 to 80 are still sexually active. Now, that's not just a number tossed around lightly! This figure indicates that a good number of our older friends and family members are enjoying sex as much as younger generations. In fact, quite a few of them—54%, to be specific—are engaging in sexual activity at least two to three times a month, which is comparable to what we might expect from younger adults. That blows the stereotype of the elderly being asexual right out of the water!
