Don't get sucked into getting a variable rate interest loan or adjustable rate mortgage... you'll sabotage yourself. Stick to fixed interest rates loans and you'll be much safer.

A couple months ago one of the batteries in my hybrid died... and these batteries are not the regular, inexpensive ones. So what did I do? I did what I learned when I worked for the Navy, when I bought new parts for ships. I obtained multiple quotes.
