There are useful interviews with professionals and other interesting experts, as well as people who have solved their health problems with attention to the microbiome. Andrea Wien is an excellent host and guide. She offers helpful explanations of concepts, without being condescending, because so many of us seeking out information on this topic are already informed. Along with, "The Perfect Stool" this is a must-have resource for learning the latest details about microbiome research and technology.
