The Megan Waldrep Podcast is a space to slow down, take a breath, and create a spiritual life that works for you.

Hosted by Megan Waldrep, this podcast is rooted in one simple idea: BYOB—Bring Your Own Beliefs. There’s no right way here. No rules to follow. Just curiosity, honesty, and space to explore what feels true for you.

Each episode blends real, open conversations with spiritual ideas that inspire, along with simple practices like breathwork and energy awareness to help clear your mind, reconnect with yourself, and feel more alive in everyday life. Megan shares what she’s learning and noticing in real time—so you can take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and actually enjoy the process (because why not?).

If you’re a woman looking to deepen your spiritual connection, strengthen your intuition, and let go of what no longer fits—this podcast is for you.

You’re welcome here, exactly as you are.

  • Ep. 14: Why Self Improvement Feels Worse Before it Gets Better
    Apr 8 2026

Today, I’m talking about something that comes up for all of us on a self-growth journey...the feeling that you’re somehow going backwards.

You start doing all the “right” things like meditating, journaling, moving your body, and showing up for yourself. But instead of feeling better, everything feels harder.

I’ve been there. We talk about:

    • Why self-improvement can feel worse before it feels better
    • What’s actually happening when your mind feels busier than ever
    • The “wave” pattern of growth (and why it’s not linear)
    • How each low point isn’t failure—it’s strength-building
    • Why awareness is the real work
    • The connection between emotional growth and “adding weight to the bar.”
    • Letting go of perfection and embracing real, human progress

I also open up about my personal journey through addiction and healing, and how showing up again and again (and again and again) completely changed my life. You're not alone, no matter where you are on your journey. Let's dive in.

  • Ep. 13: How to Deal with Rude People And Not Ruin Your Vibe
    Apr 1 2026

I used to let one rude comment ruin my entire day. Maybe you’ve been there too; replaying it, questioning yourself, wondering what you did wrong.

In this episode, I’m sharing a real-life moment that stopped me in my tracks (literally… in line for sourdough bread), and how it became a powerful reminder:

When someone is rude to you, it's a reflection of their inner chaos and not a reflection on your worth.

We’re talking about what’s actually happening when someone lashes out, how to stop internalizing other people’s energy, and simple, real-life ways to respond without losing yourself in the process.

Because protecting your peace doesn’t mean being passive, it means staying rooted in who you are.

What We Chat About in This Episode
    • Why rude behavior is often a reflection of internal overwhelm—not your worth
    • How to stop absorbing other people’s emotions
    • A simple mindset shift that creates instant space in heated moments
    • The difference between empathy and over-identifying with someone else’s pain
    • Practical ways to respond to rudeness without escalating the situation

  • Ep. 12: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself (Quick Teachings from Dr. Joe Dispenza)
    Mar 25 2026

In this short episode, I’m sharing a few teachings from Dr. Joe Dispenza that really made me pause and think differently about change.

One of the ideas that stuck with me is this: sometimes we don’t fall back into old habits because we want to… we fall back because our body has memorized the emotion.

Over time, the body becomes familiar with certain emotional states, like stress, frustration, guilt, and worry. Eventually, those emotions become automatic. Even when we want something different, our nervous system pulls us back into what it knows.

Dr. Joe calls this “the habit of being yourself.”

In this episode, I talk about how we can begin interrupting that pattern by bringing awareness to our triggers, practicing small daily resets, and intentionally feeling the emotions of the person we want to become. Let's Dive In!
