Procrastination is a disease there is no cure or pill for.

No magic phrase.

It's all about having the right mindset.

My brain and my body are programmed to protect myself and my family.

I do some dangerous things to put my body in pain.

Going to the gym.

Staying focused at work.

I have to kick out that little bitch voice out of my head and replace it with the real Ryan Stewman voice.

Let me remind you.......

God rewards the action takers.

The hustlers.

Many people like to wait on God, on other people........on themselves.

If you do what the 99% do, you'll continue to wait.

As soon as an idea comes into your mind, do it.

God gives you the idea, and it's up to you to take action.

The way you get rid of procrastination is to kill that little voice that tells you to wait.......the bitch voice.
