The Killings of Byron David Smith

The day is Thanksgiving day, 2012 when 18 year old Haile Kifer, and her cousin, 17 year old, Nicholas Brady, broke into the home of 65 year old Byron David Smith, in Little Falls, Minnesota. Byron was armed and with a lightweight semi automatic rifle and shot the teens to death. This case caused several debates over the “castle doctrine”, this is the story of the killings of Byron David Smith.
