🍹 Signal Flare: Solar Edition (Cocktail Recipe)

• 1 oz bourbon or rye whiskey

• ½ oz fresh lemon juice

• ½ oz honey syrup (optional, if mead is already sweet)

• 2–3 oz sparkling mead (chilled)

• Garnish: lemon twist or rosemary sprig

Shake whiskey + lemon (and honey if using) with ice, strain into a flute or coupe, top with mead, garnish, and enjoy!
