We can live in fear and anxiety or choose to rise above and focus on what we can control. We can control ourselves and our choices. Make the choice to better you with what you eat, drink, consume and do with your precious gift of time. Block out the noise and be brave! If you see something that isn't right, don't comply. Be brave, even if it's only you doing the right thing. The truth always comes out in the end!
