The NBDHE is the national board designed for dental hygiene students. It can feel overwhelming to prepare for the National board as a dental hygiene student. I promise, this is a normal feeling.

The key is to be a prepared as you can - this is not just about studying - you have to prepare your brain to be in the right space on exam day.
