In this episode of What's HAPpening, we are joined by Sharon Steckler, LCSW, a certified EMDR therapist and consultant with over 20 years’ experience as a psychotherapist. Sharon serves as the Coordinator of HAP's Greater Chicago Trauma Recovery Network.

Sharon tells us about the history and mission of the Greater Chicago TRN, as well as the incredible work TRN members are doing to serve the greater Chicago area. She speaks about their most recent response to the July 2022 Highland Park parade shooting and their efforts to bring healing to members of the community.
