This is a bit out of my normal scope but I want to share with you a number of very important things I have learned about ADHD from a book called

How to ADHD by Jessica McCabe

I hope this will help you understand yourself (if you have ADHD knowingly or unknowingly), family members, friends and colleagues better.

This knowledge has been so important for me and I hope you will enjoy it as well.

This episode is about truth in general. How do you find it? How do you surround yourself with people who are not afraid to explain your deepest questions to you? The most important thing in our family is that we tell the truth, even if the kids did something they are not proud of, they will tell me what really happened. That way our relationship is good and strong. If someone asks you deep questions, challenge yourself to find your truth about it. Do not refer to someone else (like go and ask Granma), see it as a gift that someone ask it and find the truth yourself. Good luck

It is a new year and new possibilities!

Validation is something we all are craving to more or less extent. This episode talks about why we need it, which part of us crave it and what might be a better way forward. We are back to the "spotlight from God" model again. It is so good to keep that image front and center to see that the ego wants validation. Your Godly soul is fine. It's "ego" doesn't get hurt....lets find a way to bask in the light!
