Michelle Carter and Conrad Roy III struck up a summer romance when they were both on vacation in Florida. Come to find out the two teens only lived an hour away from each other and continued their relationship. Both teens struggled with their own mental health and eventually the relationship grew toxic. At what point do we say that one teenager is solely responsible for another ones life?
