Welcome to "The Jaren Sustar Show" where we teach you how YOU can change your financial future & become an everyday millionaire through managing your money and investing in real estate- all while working full-time, raising a family, and living a busy life.

Jaren Sustar is a father, husband, Christian, and friend who practices what he preaches. Jaren and his wife, Mary Beth, were making under $50,000 per year combined, & had over $100k in consumer debt when they got married in 2014. They spent the next five years paying off all of their bad decisions, and started investing in real estate in 2018 once they were debt free. Today, they own a large portfolio of rentals, regularly buy fix and flips, and have completely changed their lives through managing their money and investing in real estate. The crazy thing is, they did this all while Jaren worked a full-time W2 job, and while Mary Beth stayed home raising four kids.
