    She’s an ambassador for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Too Good and Pink Hope.


    Her career highlights include 11 years reporting for the ABC, eight years as a presenter on Channel Seven, six years as a journalist at Fairfax and five years as the South Pacific correspondent for Entertainment Tonight USA.

    As we chat, Shelly openly shares her experience of the menopause and generously shares tips on how she got through and gets through some really hard stuff. She talks about how the peri-menopause has impacted her work and the mental health struggles that go with it…because ladies menopause is more than hot flushes, dry vaginas and weight gain….Mental health struggles are a bit part of the midlife transition. Shelly highlights the importance of having a supportive doctor and we discuss resources that will help you find one…

    Shelly reminds us to “ Seek help early and don’t put up with things”.
