  • #8. Creative RE Minute: You Are the Meat in a Customer Sandwich
    May 25 2022

Most business owners have it a lot easier than we do when it comes to marketing. They have a simple selling cycle that moves in a straight line A>B>C from left to right. They have a wholesaler (A) who sells products to them cheaply as the middleman (B), which they then sell to the end consumers (C) at a profit.

This means they only have to market to one customer: their end buyer.

But as creative real estate entrepreneurs, we have to market to an additional customer first: property sellers. That means unlike most other businesses out there, we are sandwiched by customers on both sides of us, which means our selling cycle is completely different.

It also means that even when we're buyers, we are actually still sellers.

Find out what all of that means for us-- and what our selling cycle actually looks like-- in this episode of the Creative Real Estate Minute.

  • #7. Creative RE Minute: Where's the Beef?
    May 18 2022

81 year-old Clara Peller rocketed to fame in early 1984 with one of the nation's all-time favorite commercial catch-phrases: "Where's the beef?"

When it comes to creative real estate investing, you may be wondering something similar when it comes to this podcast, since I'm not doing some of the things that other real estate podcasters and online group leaders are doing: giving you free copies of their real estate contracts and telling you how to fill in a few blanks to make an instant $10K profit.

Things just don't work that way in real life about 99.5% of the time, because the beef isn't really where you think it is. In fact, doing what these podcasters and group leaders are teaching with barely a surface understanding (if even that) of the transactions you're creating can actually be a very dangerous thing for you, both mentally and financially.

So in this episode, I'll be sharing with you where the real beef is when it comes to creative real estate investing, and how you're already getting lots of it from me in every podcast episode.

  • #6. The Complementary Nature of the Complementary Techniques
    May 3 2022

In several past episodes I've made mention of 6 core complementary techniques that could complete you as a real estate entrepreneur. But up until now, I haven't explained much as to why that is, or how these particular techniques can be so vitally complementary to one another.

But this episode fleshes that out for you in much more detail, by explaining the basic function of each of these techniques, and how they can work together to equip you to create a profitable transaction with virtually any motivated seller you'll ever meet... regardless of the prevailing or trending market conditions.

  • #5. Creative RE Minute: A Closer Look at Transactional Equity
    Apr 8 2022

In their pursuit of success, real estate investors often strive to accumulate as much equity as they can in their properties. But real estate entrepreneurs are different. They deal mostly in transactions, so their pursuit of wealth often comes through the non-conventional path of creating as much equity as they can in their contracts instead.

I call that transactional equity, and this episode was designed to take a brief but closer look at that powerful concept. You'll learn exactly what it is, why it's so important, and how you can learn to create multiple sources of transactional equity--leading to the possibility of multiple streams of income--from each and every deal you do.

  • #4. Core Complementary Techniques
    Apr 4 2022

Real estate markets are never fully static. And since change is really the only constant, real estate entrepreneurs who want to be around for any length of time must learn the secret of how to survive--and in fact thrive--in the face of an ever-changing market.

The best way for you to do that is to proactively turn yourself into well-rounded, complete real estate entrepreneur by learning a small handful of the right complementary buying and selling creative techniques upfront, all at once, and in advance of the need.

This episode will show you which specific techniques they are, as well as why you need to learn them well before you will ever need to use them.
