Alyson Caffrey is a small business Operations Strategist, Bestselling Author and founder of Master Maternity Leave. Alyson is best known for helping streamline the back-end ops for a multitude of brands and using her Operations Simplified framework to unleash the power of small teams.

She left the board meetings, consulting 8-figure companies on their operations, to serve parentpreneurs running small businesses. Alyson believes that if she can return fulfilled founders back to their families, she can generate a much larger impact in the world.

One of Alyson's biggest struggles was becoming a mom. When she had her first maternity leave with her first son, one of the biggest things that happened was she was in the hospital and she had to basically reach out to all of her clients and all of her teammates to tell them that she'd had a baby and she had this really stark realization that her business was not in a position to support her going out of it in pretty much any capacity. This is a really big reason why she launched Master Maternity Leave and why she is so passionate about creating sustainable businesses that can withstand the founder going in and out really well. With a strong foundation in health, nutrition, and fitness, Natalie has spent over a decade working one-on-one with clients worldwide, guiding them toward healthier lives through personalized wellness plans.
