    Today on the show we have a personal story of my own attempt to get back to health and fitness.

    After pretty much living in a gym for the past 30 or so years I had major surgery and then complications which stopped me training or playing for over 3 years

    With the help of Josh Leyes at Par4Success I have managed slowly to coax my body back into training.

    Even to be back in the gym at all feels like a major victory

    Chris's work has been a really big influence on my thinking over recent times.

    He paints a wonderful picture of what Golf and Life could be if we began to have a different relationship to our thinking mind.

    If we could understand what our thinking mind is actually up to.

    We wouldn't take it so seriously.

    We wouldn't try to control our experience as much

    We discuss Left Brain – Right Brain theories and how important it is to understand the differences and how it can potentially help your life
