Jin Ong is medical intuitive, pattern hunter, theme breaker and messenger of truth.

Trained professionally as an osteopath, psychosomatic therapist, western medical acupuncturist and herbalist. She has worked with thousands of clients. She started two bricks and mortar clinics she later went on to sell to move into the online space as a coach + mentor. She is the creator of the Release Process ® and host of The Art Of Listening To Your Body Podcast.

Jin works with complex physical and emotional conditions that don’t respond to traditional or conventional therapies, including surgery. Her work also includes those with cancer, autoimmune conditions and fertility issues.

She is a strong believer that your body is a manifestation of your emotional state. The experiences, events and traumas in your life are associated with an emotion that wants to be expressed and released at the time. If you don’t know how to express or rather you suppress because that emotion is inconvenient, it gets stored in your body as a source of stress. You can compensate until you can’t anymore. When it all gets too much, your body presents with physical issues: pain, injury, illness, disease; mental imbalances: anxiety, depression that overtakes your life and fears and phobias; behavioural dysfunction: addiction, excess control and discipline; as well as recurring issues playing out in your life. You don’t need to end up at this crisis point.

Jin weaves in the practical and the woo to intuitively read your body and decipher the messages it has for you. Most importantly she facilitates a deeply cathartic and transformational process to empty out your emotional cup, create space for more and manifest the life you truly desire.

She loves to dig deep, speak about the unspoken, and help you process unresolved emotions that hold them back from living the life you truly want.

It all starts with getting comfortable with discomfort and speaking about the unspoken.

  • Autoimmune Hepatitis + Ulcerative Colitis · Chanel MacKenzie
    Apr 13 2026

At 30, Chanel was living with a “trio” of autoimmune conditions: Ulcerative Colitis, Type 1 Autoimmune Hepatitis, and Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis, plus severe iron deficiency and exhaustion.

After years of trying everything from holistic approaches to strict diets, she finally surrendered to medication… and still felt something was missing.

In this episode, I talk with Chanel, a 30‑year‑old community support worker from New Zealand, who shares how years of flares, hospitalisation, very high liver enzymes, low iron and a background in holistic medicine led to a crisis point where conventional meds were necessary—but still didn’t feel like the full answer.

Inside six weeks of the Release Process®, Chanel experienced:

    • Normalised systemic inflammation, iron and hemoglobin
    • A significant drop in liver enzymes
    • A complete shift in how she sees medication, boundaries, relationships and her own leadership

This conversation explores how processing long‑held emotions changed not only Chanel’s inner world, but also her health markers, work opportunities and sense of purpose.

  • Decompensation: When your body and emotions unravel
    Apr 6 2026

In this episode, I explore decompensation—what happens when the body and emotional system can no longer keep compensating and finally start to unravel. Drawing on stories from my osteopathy days and my Release course, I show how physical symptoms and emotional states are often deeply linked, and why going “too hard, too fast” with treatment or emotional work can sometimes make things worse before it gets better.

    In this episode, we cover:

    • What decompensation is on a physical and emotional level
    • How the body stores and compensates for unprocessed emotions
    • Why symptoms often appear only when your “emotional cup” is full
    • How physical issues (like back or hip stiffness) can hide deeper root causes
    • A case where mid–lower back tightness revealed a hip and nerve issue
    • A case where hip dysfunction was compensating for old, unresolved anxiety
    • Why emotional work needs to be paced to your capacity, not rushed
    • The importance of support when you start working at the emotional root level

  • Being Seen and Valued in the Workplace · Louise Jarvis
    Mar 31 2026

In this episode, I speak with Louise, an Australian regulatory professional, Air Force reservist and devoted dog mum. Louise shares how discovering Release through a colleague and saying “yes” to the program — despite doubts around time and money — coincided with unexpected promotions, significant pay rises, and deeper ease in her relationship.

We explore how processing emotions and improving communication changed the way Louise shows up at work, negotiates, relates to her partner, and holds a clear vision for her dream home and future.
