  • Episode 3.2: Katie Hannigan and Sarah Tollemache
    Jun 6 2023

Such a fun and silly yet deep episode. My first with two guests! I’m joined by comedians Katie Hannigan (Colbert, Corden) and Sarah Tollemache (Colbert, Comedy Central), who host the Lady Journey podcast. We discuss maladaptive daydreaming and the ridiculous fantasies that shape our desires (and make us suffer!), the freedom found in quitting, unconsciously dividing people into winners and losers, mental health days, not meditating, the pressures of a “success mindset,” googling old classmates, and so much more!

You can find Katie at https://www.katiehannigan.com/ and her IG is katiehanniganforever. Sarah is at https://www.sarahtcomedy.com/ and her IG is stollemache. Their hilarious podcast, Lady Journey, is available on all platforms.

Smart, honest, and fun

Excellent. Sagar Bhatt explores the ideas and science of anxiety with intelligence and humor. He doesn't get bogged down in empty chatter like so many other podcasts. His authentic explorations and anecdotes are always interesting. Highly recommended!
