How do we continue to face the challenge? One of the most powerful mechanisms we have to help with pressing on is the hope that an answer will come or a solution will present itself. Having hope is critical. Having hope properly based is a must for a good outcome. When our faith and hope are placed in Jesus Christ and our Father Creator, we can rest assured that all things will turn out for the best.

    In chapters one and two of Romans, Paul has laid out the guilt of the Gentiles and the Jews, respectively. Now he levels the charge against all people. He shares that all are equally guilty of sinning against God and that the solution is the same for every person. We must accept the work of Jesus on our behalf by faith. It is faith in Christ that makes us right with God, something our works, whether under the law or apart from the law, cannot do.
