Meet Bruce Tough. Bruce is an attorney practicing in The Woodlands TX who has produced a comprehensive letter regarding our Township directors using our money, previously taxed from the residence, for incorporation of our Township. The Directors intend to use these for some frivolous, (and not so frivolous) projects like “The best little lazy river in Texas”.
