Suicide Prevention

• This month is Suicide Prevention Month and we talk about it. Suicide isn’t easy to discuss, it’s not sexy and it might be a little too real for a lot of people. However, it is still an important subject to discuss. ( So this episode is not as funny or humorous as past episodes, but it just as informative)
• I talk about my past struggles with suicidal thoughts, things that you can do to help whether you are thinking about suicide or know someone that is
• I also share a story about a suicide attempt that now is being used to help other people cope with their own dilemmas and emotions
