Sometimes I challenge myself to write for 30 days in a row, without fail. By doing so, I become more aware of my values and how I want to use my words in articles pieces of writing. For example, I've noticed some people value connection while other people value and nurture their self image. I personally enjoy the Enneagram as a tool, which I speak about in this show.
