President Donald Trump delivered a wide-ranging speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Stocks rose after the president said "I won't use force" to take over Greenland. Trump's comment comes one day after a global market sell-off, sparked by his threat to raise tariffs on eight European nations who oppose a U.S. acquisition of Greenland.
