This is a continuation of the message “Turning.” Last weekwe focused on repentance which led us into walking in the Spirit and not fulfilling the desires of the flesh. This week we’re taking a deeper dive into Galatians 5:16, and what walking in the Spirit while refuting the flesh looks like.

Some people are not aware of what it means to repent; manythink it means to say, “I’m sorry.” However, repenting means to turn, by having a change of mind. In so doing, it prepares our heart to be open and sets us up for something better. Though God has always wanted us to live out of a penitentheart and spirit. This is what the Lord is emphasizing in this season more so than in times past. It is a precursor for what is to come.

Whoever controls the gates controls the land and lives of people. God wants His kingdom to come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. However, it takes us, God's Ekklesia, Jesus' church, His legislative assembly, the selected ones to birth it into the earth through the authority of prayer and intercession.

There are times as a born-again Believer of Jesus Christthat are life seems to go in a tailspin, an upheaval of the perplexing sort. Though it may not feel or appear to be good, it is good. When a shaking or sifting takes place, it’s for God to get the good out of lor lives, whereas the life of Jesus Christ is manifest in our mortal bodies. He also allows this shaking and sifting to make us aware of what’s in our hearts, and who or what our trust is really in. I pray this message is a blessing to you and your walk with the Lord. This episodes focus is on the importance of having anintimate relationship with the Lord and His word. Also, the restoration of our soul is connected to our proper view of God. Moreover, we must pay attention to our thoughts in the building of our soul, and life for that matter.

This is part 2 of our series titled "Crossroads." When God is bringing us out of a low place into a higher place with deeper depth in Him, the enemy of our purpose attempts to block us. However, God has remedies in His word, and reliance upon the Holy Spirit to breakthrough barriers of the enemy.
