I loved this whole episode, from beginning to end. Especially because I've felt so connected to certain past lives that have come up during my meditations, dreams, and readings I've had. The way Amy expressed that on a soul level, those past lives are coming in for healing on more levels than one and not just for the individuals that we are now but for who we have been as well as just resignated within my soul so much. It's meant to be something bigger and expansive, I truly felt her words speak so much truth to my personal experiences. I felt so seen and understood and gained so much guidance about how to handle my own experiences as well. She shared so much information about herself that she did not have to, especially with us as her listeners. She doesn't know us personally but was brave enough to open up so much to all of us, and for that act alone I am so thankful to Amy. Her vulnerability and openness with how she handled experiences during all of this is so inspiring and I just can not get enough from this podcast episode. I continue to play it on repeat just so I can soak up the knowledge and guidance she provides on different levels. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is going through changes or experiences they do not fully understand. Amy has a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, experience, and guidance on more than just past lives. If you haven't already check out her spirit school magic website, her youtube channel, and Instagram pages for so much more. I've been following Amy on different social media platforms for a while and I was so happy when her podcast came out last year. It is such a treat to get to listen in on all of these high vibrational conversations every week that help me expand my mind, view, and feelings about life on more levels than one. I can honestly say Amy has helped me with this podcast and more during my spiritual awakening process and continues to do so as I develop and grow on my life path journey.
