  • Jackie Boom: Grammy Award winning recording and mix engineer
    Apr 2 2026

Hailed for her impeccable attention to finessing low-end, Jaclyn Sanchez is bringing analog back into the mix. Nicknamed Jackie BOOM by legendary drummer Steve Jordan during a Bettye LaVette session for her energetic, present demeanor, the alias captures her ability to fuse analog depth with pop clarity for a sonic experience that hits like a record. She has worked with music icons including Lauryn Hill, Anderson .Paak, Robert Glasper, and Common. Her credits include a Grammy Award for Album of the Year with Jon Batiste, a Grammy nomination for her work with H.E.R., and a Latin Grammy win with Cultura Profética. Beyond the studio, Jaclyn advocates for community through authentic sharing of personal and professional experience. In 2025, Jaclyn served as Production Manager opening Blue Note Los Angeles, and now runs Casa Lily in the heart of Hollywood today.
