Sleep

Rise and shine sleepyhead. Time is of the essence so don't you dare dream about sleeping in. As we say, you snooze you lose. A new day is upon us and we are going to seize it and milk it to the very last minute. I must admit, I feel like a million bucks and it's all because I hit the hay early and I was out like a light. I got some shut-eye or forty winks, call it what you will. I slept like a log last night, no tossing and turning or nightmares for me. I was sound asleep like a little baby blissfully lost in its slumber. Up and at 'em, amigos! We'll take a glance at sleep on this week's episode of FYI!
