Puts us right to sleep and always inspires unique dreams. Soothing, perfect tempo and interesting. I’ve battled sleep issues my whole life and I can’t recommend this enough.

Just what I need to stop my rambling thoughts

Great voice!! I’m out within 20 minutes!! I had ADHD and a very busy and creative nighttime brain. This has been great so far!!

Terrible audio

narrator has nice voice but most of the time, there is this overnoise that blots out the beautiful bird and ocean sounds. This sounds like blades on a windmill constantly flappiing / turning,
