My anxiety about sleep is gone!



I just want to say Jessica is amazing! I have anxiety and therefore I have insomnia and I have been falling asleep every night for 7 hours or more since I started listening to these episodes! Thank you!!

I'm amazed!

I honestly don't recall hearing the story itself because I was actually able to relax enough that I fell asleep as it began. most rested I've felt in years! thank you for a wonderful night's rest!

Literally can't wait for every episode!

I have heard them all, some more than once.

Jessica's hypnotic voice and unique style are truly magical. Now finally, FINALLY, I don't just slumber restfully, but wake up inspired and refreshed every morning.

This helps me fall asleep

I suffer from a sleep disorder. The narrator's voice and stories help me relax and turn down my brain enough to drift off.

Best way to fall asleep

I look forward to new episodes, but they are all so good I have no problem going back and re-listening to older episodes

Voice is perfect. It's soft and comforting, yet firm and guiding.

By far my favorite way to fall asleep. I've listened to dozens of other guided meditations/sleep hypnosis and not one is even close.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

This is the best meditation I’ve found. (and I’ve tried ALLLLLOT) Your voice is so soothing. I can actually relax instead of focusing on the voice. Really like the guided imagery and hypnosis healing while I sleep is the best part. So happy I found you!

Jessica puts me to sleep within minutes!

I am so high strung and neurotic during the day running my own business and family. I juggle so much that it's hard to relax my mind enough to fall asleep or stay asleep. Jessica's podcasts help me fall asleep quickly and also help me find my way back to sleep when I awake in the middle of the night and my brain wants to solve the worlds problems haha thank you! please keep doing these podcasts!
