She's Dead to Me

It’s been a year since my last episode, and what a f*cking year it’s been. As always, real, unfiltered, and hopefully reaching someone who needed to hear it.

“She’s Dead to Me” is about killing the old version of myself that kept me stuck. The victim, the self-sabotager, the chaos addict. She had to go.

In this episode, I share a poem I wrote during one of the hardest seasons of my life, and what it really means to break cycles, face yourself, and stop repeating the same sh*t. Healing isn’t pretty, but it’s powerful.
